Certified Anger Management Course

Welcome to Safe Harbor Support's Private Certified Anger Management Course led by Angini Mohammed, a Certified Anger Management Specialist 2 through the National Anger Management Association. With a background in probation counseling and providing anger management services, Angini Mohammed brings a wealth of experience to guide you through this private 10 modules program.

Program Overview:

Our anger management program is designed to meet the standards recognized by the court system as an alternative private option. Upon completion, clients will receive a certificate of completion and a letter of completion, fulfilling the requirements set by courts.

Modules:

The program consists of a series of modules, including an intake session and 10 modules (6 sessions) covering essential topics:

  • Understanding Anger

  • Developing Awareness

  • Learning Calming Techniques

  • Learning About Thinking Patterns

  • Communication and Conflict Resolution

  • Stress and Anxiety Management

  • Mindfulness

  • Practical Solutions

The training can be conducted either in-person or virtually (with the camera on). We understand the importance of flexibility, privacy, confidentiality and a condensed version of the course can be customized based on individual needs. The standard version spans 6 weeks, allowing for comprehensive coverage of the material.
