I am passionate about my work as a therapist and speaker, and I believe that it is important to push the boundaries within the therapeutic field. Through my speaking opportunities, I am able to share my knowledge and expertise with a wider audience, and I am also able to learn from other professionals in the field.

Recent Media Engagements
Safe Harbor Support was invited to participate in the 6th Annual Mental Health Forum in Ajax at the Ajax Public Library organized by the Carion Fenn Foundation. The focus of the forum was on Emotional Health in partnership with Ajax Public Library, Canadian Mental Health Association Durham, Ajax Legion and Parkland Ajax.
